I had a very good experience coming to Byteknight. Stephan was very thorough with making sure everything was in check and kept me up to date. They fixed liquid damage without having to change my motherboard which saved me a lot of money. ASUS ZENBOOK 13' consultant/labor: $90 keyboard/mouse track replacement: $290 =$380 Though because of complications it did take a while longer for my laptop to be repaired but overall i great experience and would recommend again.
